The Daylight as America's Freedom Train:
This second set of photos is of the 4449 in the "Freedom Train" paint scheme. The 4449 was originally restored in 1976 to pull the "Freedom Train" across the United States to celebrate America's Bicentennial celebration. It was one of three steam engines that pulled the Freedom Train consist.
